Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy supplements the Terms of Service and defines how the Service must not be used. This is a draft; the final version requires legal review.

Purpose

The Service is intended to help qualified professionals with documentation workflows. Violating this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access.

Prohibited clinical uses

You must not use the Service or its outputs for: emergency response or crisis triage; suicide or self-harm risk assessment; diagnosis; treatment planning or medication decisions; or any autonomous clinical decision without human review.

The Service must not be used as the sole system of clinical record where law requires independent documentation.

Prohibited content and conduct

Prohibited: unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content; malware; infringement of third-party rights; attempts to bypass security or usage limits; uploading data you have no legal basis to process.

Minors

Content about minors is permitted only where you are legally entitled to process it. You are responsible for obtaining parental or guardian consents and other legal bases where required.

Security

Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, or infrastructure. Report vulnerabilities to hello@illumate.me.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access. Where necessary, we cooperate with competent authorities as permitted by law.

Illumate is in early access, so these documents may be updated as the service evolves. The provider and contact details are set out in the sections above.
