How It Works
The AI chat connects to a knowledge base of session history. On each query, the system retrieves relevant excerpts from records, analyzes them, and forms an answer with citations. Guardrails are designed to keep the AI within clinical scope; they reduce but do not remove the need for professional review, and the AI does not provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
